You are using old software, probably from before 1997. It can view this website, but the pages won't look as nice as they would in a newer browser.
A good browser is Mozilla, which you can download from here. Just download the installer to your own computer (you might want to save it to your desktop to make sure you can find it again), make certain you are still connected to the Internet, and double-click the installer to download the browser.
